Many clients choose to start with a pre-construction services agreement whereby Timberline works with the project design team starting at the drawing development stage. A pre-construction services agreement with Timberline gives the owner value engineering and the ability to effect change and identify potential savings, while avoiding re-design fees.

Once the construction contract is in place, the Owner and Construction Manager now have a common goal, to build and complete the project quickly and cost effectively.
